Community Programme

Professional bid support for the organisations that make communities stronger.

Charities, nonprofits, and community organisations do extraordinary work. TenderVera helps them compete for funding with the same quality of bid support that larger organisations take for granted.

The Challenge

The organisations doing the most important work often have the least support when competing for funding.

Charities and community organisations deliver essential services to the people and places that need them most. But when it comes to securing the funding that sustains that work, they are often competing against organisations with dedicated bid teams, professional writers, and procurement expertise.

Sound familiar?

  • Writing competitive bids while running essential front line services
  • Losing funding rounds to larger organisations with dedicated bid teams
  • Struggling to translate outstanding delivery into evaluation-ready language
  • Spending limited reserves on consultancy fees that could fund direct services
  • Missing mandatory requirements due to lack of procurement experience

Our Commitment

Your mission changes lives. Your bid should reflect that.

TenderVera's Community Programme exists because we believe the quality of a bid should never be determined by the size of an organisation's budget. The work you do in communities matters, and the way that work is presented in tenders and funding applications should do it justice.

We provide the same professional bid writing service to community organisations that our commercial clients receive. Same process, same standards, same commitment to quality. The only difference is the cost.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the pro bono support genuinely free?

Yes. Qualifying charities receive the full TenderVera bid writing service at zero cost. There are no hidden fees, no conditions, and no obligation to use us again.

What types of tenders can you help with?

We support the same range of tenders as our commercial service, including ITT responses, framework applications, PQQ/SQ submissions, grant applications, and social value responses across public and private sector opportunities.

How many pro bono places are available?

We allocate a limited number of pro bono places each quarter to ensure every organisation receives the full standard of service. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and we encourage early submission.

What if our organisation does not qualify for pro bono support?

Organisations that fall outside pro bono eligibility may qualify for our Community Rate, which offers professional support at a significantly reduced fixed fee. We also offer a free bid review service open to all community organisations with no eligibility restrictions.

How long does the application process take?

We aim to respond to all community programme applications within 5 working days. If your tender has an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will prioritise the review.

Will the quality be the same as your commercial service?

Absolutely. Every response we produce, whether pro bono or commercial, goes through the same process: full tender review, requirements mapping, evidence-led drafting, compliance checking, and quality assurance. The standard does not change based on what you pay.

Your community deserves to benefit from every opportunity you pursue.

Every funding round you miss is a service that does not get delivered, a programme that does not launch, a community that waits longer for support.
