Accessibility Statement
TenderVera is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Last updated: 12 March 2026
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our platform and implement improvements as we identify areas that need attention.
Accessibility Features
TenderVera includes the following accessibility features:
- •Keyboard navigation – All core functionality can be accessed using a keyboard alone
- •Text alternatives – Images include descriptive alt text where meaningful
- •Colour contrast – We maintain sufficient contrast ratios for text readability
- •Responsive design – The platform adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- •Clear headings – Logical heading structure for screen reader navigation
- •Form labels – All form fields have associated labels
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:
- •Some third-party content or embedded services may not fully meet accessibility standards
- •Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible; we are working to address this
- •Some complex interactive features may require additional accessibility improvements
We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback to help us improve.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
TenderVera is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software. We test with these tools to ensure reasonable compatibility.
